This year, 24 faculty and trainees from the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior were honored with teaching awards from the Brown Division of Biology and Medicine. The Dean’s Excellence Awards, given by the Office of the Dean of Medicine and Biological Sciences, honor exemplary teaching and mentoring of medical students and residents. The Positive Champion of the Learning Environment Awards, given by the Program for a Healthy Learning Environment, recognize staff, residents, fellows, faculty, nurses and administrators who promote respectful education of all community members and a healthy, inclusive learning environment.
