
Haleema Aslam
Biography
Haleema Aslam is a fourth-year Resumed Undergraduate Education student at Brown University studying psychology and a Swearer Center for Public Service Laidlaw Scholar. Through her fellowship with the Swearer Center, she began a mentorship as an undergraduate research intern with the BRIDGE Program during summer 2025, and works with Drs. Martinez and Frank on a collaboration between the BRIDGE Program and the Annenberg Institute at Brown University.
Haleema is passionate about mental health and systemic change, with a focus on how policy-level interventions can expand access and improve outcomes. She is applying to Social Work master's programs for fall 2026 and aspires to become a clinical social worker who advocates for equity and reform across mental health systems.
