
Courtnee Hall, Psy.D.
Biography
Courtnee Hall, Psy.D. (Providence VA Medical Center, 9/3/24-9/2/25) graduated with a B.S. in psychology from Eastern Kentucky University, where she conducted research for her honors thesis investigating factors correlated to willingness to intervene against suicide. She pursued further education at Spalding University, earning her M.A. and Psy.D. in clinical psychology. She completed her clinical psychology pre-doctoral internship at the Maine VA Healthcare System, in Augusta, ME. Subsequently, she completed her postdoctoral fellowship in the Clinical Psychology Program at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University/Providence VA, specializing in Mental Health Leadership and the Trauma and Readjustment Clinic within the Post-Deployment and Readjustment Program (PDRP). Dr. Hall is in the process of publishing peer-reviewed research on the new Prolonged Grief Disorder diagnosis, based on data collected as a part of her dissertation focused on predictive factors of clinical grief. Dr. Hall expresses her sincere gratitude to her supervisors at Brown University/Providence VA Medical Center, Drs. Jennifer Lambert, Caren Francione, Jennifer Primack, and Tracy O'Leary-Tevyaw, for their wisdom, continued support, guidance, and collaborative efforts in shaping her professional journey.
