Dr. Manfra received his doctorate in medicine from Rutgers – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed his psychiatry residency at Brown University/Butler Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. He then completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry at Brown. Dr. Manfra currently operates a private practice of psychiatry and forensic psychiatry in Fair Haven, NJ.
