
Erick Fedorenko, Ph.D.
Biography
Erick Fedorenko, Ph.D. (The Miriam Hospital, 9/25/23-9/24/25) graduated with a B.A. in psychology from Hunter College. He earned his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Rutgers University and completed his clinical psychology pre-doctoral internship at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. He remained at Brown on the Stress Trauma and Resilience (STAR) T32 postdoctoral fellowship at The Miriam Hospital. Erick’s research examines the cognitive, affective, and neural mechanisms underlying anxiety, PTSD, and OCD. During his fellowship, his research began incorporating the use of neurostimulation to target those mechanisms to alleviate psychiatric symptoms. Clinically, Erick has extensive experience in exposure-based treatments for OCD and anxiety and has continued providing these services at the Butler Hospital Exposure-Based IOP during his fellowship. Erick is thankful for his friends, family, and mentors for their support over the years.
