
Ingrid Hastedt, Ph.D.
Biography
Ingrid Hastedt, Ph.D. (E.P. Bradley Hospital, 8/28/23-9/8/25) graduated with a B.A. in psychology from Boston College. She completed her graduate studies in clinical psychology at the University of Massachusetts Boston under the mentorship of Dr. Abbey Eisenhower. During graduate school, she conducted autism diagnostic assessments in the Carter-Eisenhower lab at UMB and the Faja lab at Boston Children’s Hospital, establishing reliability on the ADOS-2 with both research groups. At UMB, her research focused on dual language exposure and autism spectrum disorder, as well as the training needs of bilingual psychology trainees in the US, and her research has been published in peer-reviewed journals. She completed her clinical psychology pre-doctoral internship on the neuropsychology track at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami, FL, with a focus on bilingual pediatric neuropsychology under the mentorship of Dr. Kayleen Ball. After receiving her Ph.D., she began her postdoctoral fellowship at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, where she joined the Clinical Neuropsychology Specialty Program with an emphasis in pediatrics. During her fellowship, she continued working with children with various medical and neurodevelopmental disorders under the mentorship of Drs. Christine Trask, Katherine Bellesheim, Karen Holler, and Brian Kavanaugh. Together with her supervisors, she established clinic procedures for providing bilingual pediatric neuropsychological evaluations within the Brown system, including training a bilingual practicum student. In 2024, she received the Relevance 2050 Award from the Massachusetts Neuropsychological Society for her work focused on increasing access to bilingual pediatric neuropsychological evaluations.
