As a doctoral student, she was a Provost Fellow, a Bear-CAT Fellow, and received the Meagan Toothman Outstanding Student Award. Her research on school disciplinary practices, teacher coaching, and the experiences of Black students recently earned her the 2025 Article of the Year for the Journal of Educational and Psychological Consultation. Dr. Mossing completed her clinical psychology pre-doctoral internship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center’s Munroe-Meyer Institute, focusing on integrated primary care, behavioral pediatrics, and developmental evaluations for Spanish-speaking families. Her postdoctoral fellowship with The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University continues to focus on integrated services in pediatric primary care. She is also interested in collaboration between schools and medical providers. This fall, she will transition into an Attending Psychologist position at Boston Children’s Hospital with an appointment as an Instructor of Psychology at Harvard Medical School.
