
Uchechukwu Ugorji, DO
Biography
Uche Ugorji received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Psychology and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tennessee. He received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his general psychiatry residency at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine. During residency, he served as co-chief resident, a member of the New Jersey Psychiatry Association’s Council of Advocacy, resident/fellow liaison for the New Jersey Psychiatric Association, and the Rowan delegate for the Committee of Interns and Residents. As a resident, he received the Excellence in Teaching by a Resident award and the William F. Ranieri Leadership award. He has interests in forensics, medical education, and mentorship.
